Company Profile
The Company was incorporated in South Australia on 3rd September 1982. Its two Directors and sole shareholders have over fifty (50) years combined experience in the building industry.
From 1982 until 1989 the Company successfully marketed a range of project home designs in Adelaide with the assistance of display homes and a small sales team, winning a number of Housing Industry Association awards. The Company constructed all contract homes sold with the assistance of Construction Supervisors and sub-contract labour. Sales volume reached a high of 177 homes per annum.
In May 1991 the Company commenced marketing a range of new home designs in the Greater Brisbane area and has experienced considerable sales growth each year since 1991.
In December 1998 the Company moved into their own purpose built office located at 60 Smith Street, Southport. This has been designed and built by Company employees and contractors and will allow the Company to continue to grow to meet the needs of its market. The new office incorporates a fully up to date Colour Selection Centre showcasing all specification items.
Current sales levels are running at an annual rate of up to 500 homes per year. The Company presently has twenty display homes at eight different locations in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast, these display homes are constantly being updated to include the latest fittings.
The Company has a team of reliable, experienced and committed employees and contractors. It enjoys an excellent reputation in the market place for quality and dependability. The two Directors of the Company play an active role in the operations of the business.
The Company is debt free and operates in funds at all times. It does not have a bank overdraft facility. Cash flows are excellent and cash reserves including retained after tax profits are considerable.
