Southeast Queensland builder Hallmark Homes has expanded its range with a new line of affordable luxury homes.
To promote the launch of its Vogue collection of home designs, the builder is giving one of the first 50 purchasers the chance to have their new home built for free. “We feel this offer is an excellent opportunity to give something back to our customers,” Hallmark Homes Sales Manager Anthony Gilbertson said. “We’ve always prided ourselves on providing excellent quality homes at affordable prices. Our new premium Vogue collection will allow us to continue this philosophy whilst capturing a share of the higher end of the market.”
Mr Gilbertson said the key characteristics of the range included modern rendered frontages and extensive exterior features, while the interiors include contemporary features and finishes. Under roofline patios with concrete floors come as standard with all of the designs, with many of the designs also incorporating media rooms. “Our new designs have been created to stand out while also delivering value for money and a good return on investment,“ he said.
The promotion is expected to be finalised by the end of the month, with the lucky winner to be announced at the end of April.
