“Building with Hallmark was like night and day compared to our first building experience.”

“We were really surprised and knew straight away that Hallmark were different when we walked into their display home and there was no furnishings. The distraction of all the fancy furnishings in all the other homes took away from the quality of the finish of the home. We found with Hallmark, what you see is what you get; we were blown away when we first walked into our finished home after handover, it was impeccable.”

Our building supervisor Jeff, we were able to call him any time (and I did many times), just to see where we were up to and he had no problems talking to me at all. Hallmark kept us up to date every step of the way; we knew what was happening with our house the whole way through.”

“Allowing us to take a wall out of our plan allowed us to open our entire house up and also allowed us to have a big glass open door. It opens up about 7m, allows us to take our inside living outside, and we can bring the outside inside.”

“We found walking through display homes when we hadn’t decided which builder to go with, first question they’d asked is “Have you got land?” and if we’d say “No we haven’t got land yet”, then they didn’t want to know you, but we walked into our sales office with Hallmark and straight away he asked “What sort of house are you looking for?”. The intention was “What could we do for you” rather than “Where is your land? Do you have land, yes or no?”.”
