After some 25 years’ experience in property development (and therefore always fearing the worst), I am delighted to say that this has probably been our best ever building experience!

I have built several houses in the past, so I was amazed when Hallmark completed my new home much earlier than expected! The standard of the construction, the cleanliness at the site and the sub-contractors they used were amongst the most cheerful I have experienced.

With 10 homes under construction in our street, we kept hearing tales of woe from our neighbours about their respective builders. They were all quite jealous because we only had good things to say about Hallmark.

As our home was being built, we talked to all the tradies who had nothing but praise for Hallmark Homes.

We have moved into a new estate and we have definitely built the best value home in the street, so thank you very much!

We can't tell you how happy we are with our new home and how impressed we have been throughout by the efficiency of Hallmark Homes. Everything happened when and how we were told it would happen, and this made the whole process as painless as it could be for us.

I got an external builder to check the workmanship and he found it to be exemplary and without fault. When I told him the low price he nearly fell over! After some terrible experiences in the past, I am happy this one has been a dream, and I have no hesitation in using Hallmark Homes again or recommending Hallmark Homes to anyone.

Every person who we have dealt with from Hallmark Homes have been shining stars. From the moment we walked into the Hallmark display home at Warner Lakes, Ron showed us around and genuinely showed interest in our investment plans. We initially were planning on a Metricon Home, but Ron showed us that buying our first investment house through Hallmark Homes would be something we wouldn't regret.

We are more than happy to tell anyone how very happy we are with our new home. Our block of land was an odd shape and it wasn't until we found you Ron, that we finally had someone who would listen to what we needed!

Excellent attention to detail, patience and resulting customer satisfaction, engendered by supervisor Mr Cameron Gray in particular, during the construction process. I also have the same high regard for Mr Alan O'Mara who must have narrowly avoided multiple nervous breakdowns in making the final design to my wife's satisfaction.
He has done a magnificent job.

We had a very good experience with Hallmark Homes, a few changes to the plan were not a problem. The initial cost estimate did not blow out, and the whole process went very smooth. We had compared prices with other builders but Hallmark Homes offered the best value for money, we can truly recommend them.

The sales consultant was very experienced and gave us great guidance. The house was built very quickly and the supervisor kept us informed and was easy to deal with. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship.

This was a fantastic experience overall. I had been dealing with another builder before Hallmark but got annoyed by cost increases and the amount of time that was taken to give me a firm price. Once I decided to change to Hallmark, my stress was left behind. When I was given the keys at the end my house looked just like the display home.Everyone should go and talk to these guys if they are interested in getting a house built.

This was our first time building and we have had a really positive experience. We would build again with Hallmark and have only heard positive things about them from our friends who built with them also. Great off the plan builders.
