Do Hallmark Homes offer any warrantees or guarantees?
After construction, you have peace of mind knowing that Hallmark Homes offer one of the longest structural guarantees in the construction industry. You also have the opportunity to send us a six (6) month maintenance form, outlining any maintenance issues for us to address. Of course, any appliance issues will be dealt with immediately. We have a dedicated Maintenance Department to look after this area of construction.

The Building Process
Am I able to alter an existing Hallmark Homes' design?
Hallmark Homes are more than happy to modify our existing range of designs to suit your needs. We are also more than happy to build clients one of their own designs.
Is there any help available to me when I am doing my colour selections?
Hallmark Homes employ a specialised colour consultant who will run through your colour selections with you one on one. This all takes place at our onsite Colour Selection Centre located at the Hallmark Homes' Head Office in Southport.
What level of involvement do I have in the building of my new home?
An easy to understand 10 step building process is displayed on the 'Our Building Process' section of this website, which outlines exactly what you can expect when building with Hallmark Homes.
What is the average build time?
The average construction time ranges anywhere from 12 -14 weeks for our single-storey homes. From the day you pay your initial deposit you can expect handover within 7 – 9 months.
For our two-storey homes, the average construction time is 20 weeks.

Hallmark Homes have a variety of display homes strategically placed throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba. Details of the locations and what is on display can be found on the ‘Display Locations’ page of this website or you can contact Head Office and we would gladly point you in the right direction.
Do Hallmark Homes offer house and land packages?
Hallmark Homes offer a variety of House and Land packages available which can all be viewed on the ‘House and Land’ section of this website, or you could contact one of our friendly sales consultants in the area you desire and they would be happy to discuss with you what packages are available.
In what area do Hallmark Homes build?
Hallmark Homes build throughout the South East Queensland region. We build homes as far south as Coolangatta to as far north as Gympie and as far west as Toowoomba.
