Our early days
Hallmark Homes were first established in South Australia in 1982 where we successfully released a range of project home designs which secured a number of Housing Industry Association Awards. With the assistance of immaculate display homes, a friendly sales team and reliable construction supervisors, Hallmark Homes quickly became a market leader.

In 1990 we ventured out and commenced marketing a superb range of new home designs in the Greater Brisbane area. With considerable sales growth, December 1998 saw Hallmark Homes move into our own purpose built offices, located in 60 Smith Street, Southport. Designed and built by Hallmark Homes‘ own employees and contractors, and fitted with an easy to understand Colour Selection Centre showcasing all the current specification items, the new office set-up made the design process even simpler for customers. Years on and Hallmark Homes continue to expand, with sales levels averaging 500 new homes built per year.
Hallmark Homes also provide our customers with a complete new home buying experience, with a variety of display homes, each showcasing the latest designs and fittings, strategically placed in key locations throughout Brisbane, as well as the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. Hallmark Homes embody a specialised team of reliable, experienced and committed employees and contractors, boasting a sought-after reputation in the market place.
